Win the deal. Get paid. Run the books.
Cash and books sit next to the pipeline. Connect Stripe, fill empty invoices, send from Wallet, and let Deal Won start the work.
When a deal closes, the next problem is cash: invoice, collect, see what is available, send, and keep the books honest. PipelineIQ puts that next to CRM — not in a second product.
Live Stripe on Business Account
Connect Stripe. Business Account shows Available and Pending from Stripe when keys and Connect allow. You see platform balances in the workspace you already use for deals and forecast — one CRM and Finance surface, not a separate cash tool.
Empty books you fill
Invoices, Payments, and Expenses start blank. Create an invoice when you need one. Nothing is pre-filled for you — empty books stay empty until you add rows. That keeps Finance honest: what you see is what you entered.
Wallet — send with Stripe
Cards is Wallet. See balance, send money, read history.
/finance/cards opens Wallet. There is no plastic card issuing.
The Wallet stays empty until you fund it. Send is Stripe-backed and partner-held.
When a deal is won
Workflows run WHEN → IF → THEN. Deal Won can create an invoice, update forecast, notify the owner, and write the timeline. You review before Activate — the draft never runs until you confirm.
Accounting
Import Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. AI reviews the file and flags issues;
you confirm before anything hits the ledger. Review stays with you.
Partner-held — not a bank
Regulated money movement is partner-held (Stripe and banking partners). PipelineIQ is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits.
