PipelineIQ is an early-stage, founder-led CRM, Finance and Procurement workspace for small businesses, based in Odense, Denmark, built by sole founder Gabriel Gerrits. As Finance Associate you help customers, and the company itself, keep invoices, payments and books accurate next to the sales pipeline.
What you'll do
- Help customers set up Finance with Stripe: connecting accounts, invoices and Available / Pending balances
- Review Accounting Excel / CSV imports and check the AI review suggestions before they are used
- Keep PipelineIQ's own invoicing, payments and bookkeeping records tidy
- Answer finance questions from customers during onboarding and support
- Test finance features such as invoices, Wallet send and Deal Won workflows, and report issues clearly
- Write short guides on how money moves in PipelineIQ (payments are partner-held; PipelineIQ is not a bank)
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations or a similar role
- A solid grasp of invoicing, VAT / sales tax basics and reconciliation
- Confidence with Excel or Google Sheets
- Clear written English and careful attention to detail
- Based in a United States / Americas or Europe time zone (remote / timezone-friendly OK)
Nice to have
- Experience with Stripe or another payments platform
- Experience supporting small-business customers
- Studies or a qualification in accounting or finance
