Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using PipelineIQ, you agree to these terms and the referenced Privacy and Data Protection terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and, if using PipelineIQ for an organization, have authority to act for it. The service is intended for business use.

2. Accounts and teams

Provide accurate registration information, protect your password and keep access limited to authorized users. Workspace owners control invitations and roles and are responsible for their team’s activity. Notify PipelineIQ promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. The service and early access

PipelineIQ provides CRM records, pipeline and inbound analysis, imports, tasks, files, team features and optional integrations. Early-access features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn as the product develops. We will use reasonable care to maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant PipelineIQ the limited right to host, copy, transmit, analyze and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for personal data you upload, and for the accuracy and legality of your content. Export important records regularly.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PipelineIQ to break the law; infringe rights; send unlawful spam; store malware; probe, overload or bypass security; access another customer’s data; reverse engineer protected service components except where law permits; resell access without permission; or upload special-category, payment-card, government-identifier or similarly sensitive data unless approved in writing. PipelineIQ may restrict activity that threatens users, the service or third parties.

6. AI, forecasts and data quality

AI output, forecasts, enrichment and data-repair suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. They support business review and do not replace professional, legal, financial or commercial judgment. Review source records and proposed changes before acting. PipelineIQ does not guarantee revenue results, lead quality, forecast accuracy or the accuracy of third-party intelligence.

7. Third-party services

Integrations with OpenAI, Stripe or other third-party providers are also governed by their terms. You authorize PipelineIQ to exchange the data needed for actions you request. Providers may change or limit their APIs, and PipelineIQ is not responsible for outages or changes outside its control.

8. Payments and Stripe

Payment processing, payouts and connected-account services in PipelineIQ are provided by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (such as Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), not by PipelineIQ. Subscription billing for PipelineIQ itself is also processed by Stripe.

By connecting a Stripe account or using payment features in PipelineIQ, you agree to the Stripe Services Agreement and, for connected accounts, the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe may change its terms from time to time.

PipelineIQ is not a bank, payment institution or e-money issuer. PipelineIQ does not hold, receive or transmit your funds. Balances, payouts and transaction details shown in PipelineIQ come from Stripe.

PipelineIQ is not responsible or liable for the acts or omissions of Stripe. This includes account verification and identity (KYC) decisions; holds, reserves or frozen funds; payout timing or failed payouts; fees and currency conversion; chargebacks, disputes and refunds; fraud screening; Stripe service outages or errors; and Stripe restricting or closing your account. Please raise these matters directly with Stripe.

You are responsible for the transactions you process, for your own taxes (including VAT) and legal compliance, and for the accuracy of the information you give Stripe.

PipelineIQ does not store full card numbers. Card details are entered with Stripe and go directly to Stripe.

The limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Fees

PipelineIQ is offered on paid plans: Solo €15 per month, Team €39 per seat per month and Business €59 per seat per month, excluding VAT, as shown on our pricing page. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial. Paid plans and one-time purchases are offered at the prices shown on our pricing and upgrade pages before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through Stripe. PipelineIQ will not convert a free account into a paid subscription without your agreement.

10. Intellectual property and feedback

PipelineIQ and its software, design and branding remain owned by the operator and licensors. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the agreement. If you provide feedback, PipelineIQ may use it without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify you or disclose your confidential data without permission.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. PipelineIQ may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment of an agreed paid plan or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, reasonable notice and an opportunity to export data will be provided, unless immediate action is necessary.

12. Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care, subject to the early-access limitations above. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data that could reasonably have been avoided by maintaining an export. PipelineIQ’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of fees paid in the preceding 12 months or DKK 1,000. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory statutory rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply in your country. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through direct discussion. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Denmark.

14. Changes

PipelineIQ may update these terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where possible. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the service and request export or deletion.
