Founding Merchants: what you get, and the fine print

We're opening Aida to our first businesses with a launch offer called Founding Merchants.
What you get
- Your price locked for 12 months from activation, on up to €30,000 in card sales a month.
- Your first €2,000 in card sales at 0%, within 3 months of activation.
- Every feature included for 12 months.
- A free move-over: we import your products and customers and set up your loyalty programme, plus up to €150 in fee credit against a cancellation fee or a card reader you leave behind.
- €100 in fee credit when a business you refer reaches €2,000 in card sales within 90 days.
The fine print
For businesses registered in Denmark, Sweden or Norway that are new to Aida, until 100 businesses have joined or 31 March 2027, whichever comes first. Aida may close the programme earlier. Danish cafés, restaurants, pizzerias, kiosks and grocers can't join the programme at the moment. Fee credits reduce Aida fees only, have no cash value and expire after 12 months. After the lock, the standard prices then in force apply. We'll tell you at least 60 days ahead, and you can leave at any time without a fee.
Prices: 0.85% in store in Denmark and 1.09% or less in Sweden and Norway, 1.39% or less on pay links and card-paid invoices, no monthly fee. In store, customers pay by card on a Stripe card reader (bought from Stripe), or with a QR code or pay link on their phone. Full details on the pricing page and in the terms.
