No. Aida POS runs in a web browser on a laptop or tablet, and customers pay on their own phone by scanning a QR code or opening a pay link.

Only when our payment provider confirms it to Aida's servers. Opening a pay page or a browser redirect never marks a sale as paid.

Payouts go to the payout destination you set up during verification. The Settlements page shows your available and pending balance and each payout.

No monthly fee. Card payments have one all-in rate that includes card processing: from 1.09% in person (0.85% in Denmark) and from 1.39% online and B2B, lower as your card volume grows. In-person card payments are taken by QR code or pay link on the customer's phone. No fixed fee per payment and 0% on cash. Merchants on an older payment account keep their current pricing (1.2% plus Stripe's fees) until they move to a new payment account from the dashboard. See all rates.

Card, QR and split payments need a connection. If the connection drops, Aida POS can record cash sales on the device and sends each one to your account exactly once when you're back online. Open the POS once while online first.

Yes. On a computer or Android, use Install app on the dashboard or POS (or your browser's install option). On iPhone or iPad, open Aida in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
