Strategy Analyst
Help decide where Aida Merchant Services goes next: markets, pricing and what merchants' data tells us.
Where: Odense, Denmark, or remote within the Nordics
About Aida Merchant Services
Aida Merchant Services gives Nordic merchants one place to take payments and run the counter: a full-screen POS (cash, card and QR), payment links and invoices, loyalty rewards, and settlement and sales reports. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
What you'll do
- Size and compare merchant segments and markets across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
- Analyse our pricing (all-in card rates by volume band, 0% on cash) against the market and model changes before we make them.
- Turn merchant analytics (sales, payment mix, payouts, loyalty use) into clear recommendations, using aggregated data only.
- Write short, sourced memos and keep the numbers behind them reproducible.
- Work with the founder and the Account Executive on which merchants to focus on.
About you
- You're strong with spreadsheets and data; SQL or Python is a plus.
- You're careful with sources and say clearly what is known and what is estimated.
- You write clearly in English; a Nordic language is a plus.
- Interest in payments, retail or hospitality.
