Pay with Aida

One button on your checkout with two ways to pay: card or wallet for consumers, and pay by invoice for businesses.

Consumers: card or wallet

The buyer is sent to a secure Stripe Checkout page on your own payment account and pays by card, or by a wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where their device and Stripe support it.
The sale lands in Aida Payments with the online all-in rate: 1.39% up to €5k card sales a month, 1.29% from €5k to €25k, 1.19% above €25k up to €1M a year. Card processing is included. Over €1M a year: custom agreement.
A sale only counts as paid when Stripe confirms it. You can get a signed payment.paid webhook for your shop system.

Businesses: pay by invoice with Aida

The buyer enters the company name, CVR or VAT number, EAN number (optional) and an email for the invoice.
Aida creates a B2B invoice in your invoice system with your default terms (net 8, 14 or 30), a card pay link and/or your bank details, and marks the order as invoiced.
You choose whether new buyers need your approval before the invoice is issued. You can mark buyers you trust so their orders are invoiced straight away, and you can turn pay by invoice off at any time under Integrations.
Your shop gets signed webhooks: order.invoiced when the invoice is issued and invoice.paid when it is paid.
Fees: invoices paid by card carry the online all-in rate on the card payment. Invoices paid by bank transfer: 0%.

You carry the credit risk. With pay by invoice you are giving your business customer credit, just as with any invoice you send yourself. Aida doesn't run credit checks, doesn't pay you in advance, doesn't collect debts and doesn't offer financing. Aida is not a lender and this is not buy now, pay later. Only offer invoice terms to buyers you're comfortable giving credit to, and use approval for new buyers.

How to add it

In Aida, open Integrations, add your shop's web address and create a payment link or use a product.
Paste the script tag into your checkout page. The data-order attribute carries your own order number, so the same order is never invoiced twice.
Turn on pay by invoice, pick your default terms and payment method, and choose whether new buyers need approval.
