Many small businesses also sell to other businesses. Aida lets you record sales on account and turn them into a proper invoice.
Invoices
- Business customers with company name, CVR, VAT number and EAN number (checked for a valid check digit).
- Terms: due now, net 8, net 14 or net 30, with the due date on the invoice.
- The buyer pays by a card pay link or by bank transfer to your account, with a VAT breakdown per rate and a printable invoice.
- Reminders for overdue invoices, and accounting exports for e-conomic, Dinero and Billy.
Pay by invoice at your online checkout
With Pay with Aida, a business buyer can choose pay by invoice at your website checkout. Aida creates the invoice in your account with your default terms and tells your shop system with a signed webhook. You choose whether new buyers need approval first.
You carry the credit risk, as with any invoice you send. Aida doesn't run credit checks or offer financing, and isn't a lender.
Fees
Invoices paid by card: the online all-in rate, 1.39% or less, card processing included. Invoices paid by bank transfer: 0%.
